Does it really sleep twenty-six?
Sixteen real beds across six bedrooms, plus air mattresses on top of that. The cap of twenty-six is firm — it is what the house is set up and insured for.

Do we need to bring towels?
No. The linen closet is stocked with towels, spare blankets and pillows for the whole house, and it is yours to use. There is a full-size washer and dryer too.

Can we swim in the pond?
No. The pond is for fishing only — no swimming, no boats, no rafts. There is no lifeguard and no shallow end, and children need an adult with them near the water.

Can we have an event?
Ask first. Events with guests who are not staying overnight need written approval in advance and carry an additional fee, quoted on the number of people and what you have planned.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, when declared at booking. A pet fee applies. Pets are not to be left alone in the house or allowed on beds and furniture.

Are there cameras?
There are exterior security cameras covering the outdoor approaches and parking. There are none inside the house, and none in any bedroom or bathroom.

How do we get in?
Self check-in on a keypad after 4:00 PM. Your code and arrival instructions are sent before you travel. Checkout is before 11:00 AM.
