01
Distinct interiors
A formal living room under a vaulted ceiling, a dark private theater, a game room lit blue, a deep red corridor, a white balustraded staircase, and six bedrooms that do not look alike.
Filming & photography
A location,
A location,
not a rental
Production enquiries are handled separately from overnight stays, quoted on what you actually need.
This is not a booking form. Production use is quoted individually and approved in advance. It is not covered by an overnight reservation, and an overnight reservation does not permit filming.
The estate sits on open acreage with no neighbouring property in any direction, down a gravel drive, half an hour from Kosciusko. That means control: no adjoining windows, no passing traffic, and no one to disturb.
What is here
Sets under one roof
02
Exteriors and grounds
A gravel approach across open lawn, a pine treeline, a pond, and a two-storey frontage that lights well at dusk.
03
Room for a unit
A covered double garage, a concrete apron and open ground for vehicles. A full kitchen, laundry, and three and a half bathrooms on site.
04
Quiet
No neighbouring house in frame or in earshot. It gets properly dark here at night.
